This is us.

How are we seen through the lens? Through the beautiful edition and under the soft light? In love, closer than ever, at peace?

The truth is, this year has been a tough one for us.

We all have our stories, our pasts, emotions, feelings and the ways we handle things. We bring our baggage and learned behaviours to the table and sometimes it feels like there is no room for anything else.

This may seem foreign to you, or maybe you are able to relate.

I just wanted to show us at our best, enjoying each other in the morning light, being captured through the eyes of our close friends.

And remind you that nothing is all love and beauty, beneath the layers you’ll find struggle and heartache too.
